Montevideo Explore the historical city of Montevideo in a funny way, by taking a bike. This simple mode of transport makes the city tour unique. Starting at the pier you will cycle the maze of shadowed streets, find yourself at Constitution Square, the oldest plaza in Montevideo and home to the beautiful Metropolitan Cathedral, continue cycling towards the Palermo district and along the coast to Pittamiglio House. Stop at Punta Carretas Lighthouse for making a picture. Cycle back to the pier passing the old Citadel Gate and Salvo Palace. |

Punta del Este Day at leisure to explore the city on your own. On optional basis you can visit the Ralli museum and Casa Pueblo: visit the Museum of Contemporary Art with its fine collection of paintings and sculptures by noted Latin American artists, and several pieces by Salvador Dali on permanent display. Continue along the home and atelier of internationally renowned artist, Carlos Paez Vilaró. The dazzling white complex, resembling Spanish-Moroccan architecture, is situated on a rocky bluff overlooking the ocean. Along the picturesque coastal road you will return to the pier. |

Punta del Este When you arrive at the village of Valizas you will start your 4h trekking across amazing sand dunes to Cabo Polonio with the largest colonies of sea lions of South America. This marvelous trekking will take you from the middle of the desert to experiencing breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. After lunch make a ride in 4WD vehicles before you return to Punta del Este. |
