Chile - Santiago & Wine

Upon arrival in Santiago, transfer to the hotel. City exploration which combines the main sights of Santiago. Dinner at a local Gourmet restaurant.

Guests will participate on a museum tour to the house of Nobelit Pablo Neruda, La Chascona in the district of Bellavista and Palacio Cousiño, an old manor house in rococo style. Afterwards cooking class at the local seafood restaurant El Galeon!

Transfer to the Maipo Valley. Proceeding by bikes and ride through the three vineyards and the small villages. After the final vineyard guests will be transfered to a countryside restaurant for lunch with wine from the first vineyards on the tour. Transfer to Santa Cruz.

Full day visit Colchagua Valley, including Viña Vui Manet winery and Viña MontGras winery. Visit of the buildings, enjoying lunch and taking a carriage ride through the vineyards. At the Colchagua Museum guests will admire the ceramics, metal handwork of Pre-Columbian cultures of South America.

Guests will ride purebred Chilean horses on trails overlooking the Colchagua Valley with its beautiful landscapes and immense vineyards accompanied by well-trained guides. Wine tasting and lunch at Viña Santa Cruz, a traditional winery in Santa Cruz. In addition they can visit an indigenous village where replicas of houses of major native cultures of Chile can be seen.

Transfer to the airport of Santiago de Chile and individual homebound flight.
