Arrival in Lima. Welome at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Remaining day at leisure.

Morning yoga class at a local park (shared basis). City tour through the modern and historic parts of Lima with a visit to the San Francisco monastery. Stroll through a local market to learn about typical medicinal plants.

Flight to Cusco. Visit of the fortress of Sacsayhuaman with Shaman ceremony and the sacred water site Tambo Machay. Transfer to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Yoga and meditation session, followed by dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Excursion to an Andean community to learn about their connection to the Mother Earth, different rituals for the growing season, and the use of traditional tools. Lunch is included. Professional sound and music therapy back at the lodge followed by dinner.

Transfer to Ollantaytambo to visit its ruin site and a local home. Continue in Vistadome train to Aguas Calientes and take a shuttle bus to the sacred citadel of Machu Picchu. Explore the lost city of the Incas. Lunch is included. Dinner and overnight at a hotel in Aguas Calientes.

Second visit to Machu Picchu on their own. Optional climb to Huayna Picchu. Return to Cusco in the afternoon for overnight.

Walking tour of Cusco, ancient capital of the Inca Empire. Visit the most important landmarks of both the Incan and the Colonial times like the Cathedral, the sun temple Koricancha and the historic San Blas neighbourhood. Afternoon yoga lesson at a local studio.

Flight to Puerto Maldonado and boat ride to the jungle lodge to connect with the beautiful nature of the Peruvian Amazon. Full board included. Boat ride by night to search for caimans. Overnight at the Refugio Amazonas Lodge.
