Colonia del Sacramento - Carmelo Upon arrival at the ferry pier in Colonia del Sacramento, guests will be taken to the historic center to start a city tour along the cobblestone streets of Uruguay’s oldest city. One of the highlights is the famous “Calle de los Suspiros” (Street of sights). The city convinces with its archaeological values, with natural beauty like the River Plate and the emblematic monuments, such as the cathedral and the lighthouse. Lunch will be served at the restaurant Meson de la Plaza. Later in the afternoon, guests will be transferred to Carmelo. |

Carmelo Full golf day at the hotel. Get active at the 18-hole golf course, which is considered South Americas premier golf course by Golf Digest. The hotel also features a tennis court. Afterwards guests have the opportunity to relax at the hotel's spa. |

Carmelo Visit of the small village of Carmelo. The tour starts at the Plaza Artigas where guests will learn about the history of the town. Afterwards they will be taken to the vineyard and Estancia Finca Narbona, where winetasting and homemade cheese awaits them. During winetasting, bread and Olive cookies will be served additionally. The homemade pasta guests will enjoy for lunch. Afterwards the famous “dulce de leche” pancakes, a typical Uruguayan dessert awaits them. Next stop will be the traditional Irurtia Winery, the biggest in the country, to taste some fine wine. |

Carmelo On the way to Colonia, they will visit the winery Los Cerros de San Juan and enjoy a typical Uruguayan barbecue lunch and wine tasting. Within a guided tour, guests will get to know the vineyard. At given time, transfer to the pier in Colonia to board the ferry to Buenos Aires or transfer to the airport of Montevideo for the homebound flight. |
